SKYA.one (operated by Skyram Technologies Pvt. Ltd.) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, who we share it with and the rights you have over it.

Data we collect

Account data (name, email, password hash, workspace membership), billing data (plan, invoices, last-4 of card via our payment processor), project data (domains, brand names, competitors, keywords, reports), integration tokens for search-console and analytics platforms, usage telemetry and cookies.

How we use data

To provide, maintain and secure the platform; to run agent pipelines on your project data; to send transactional email; to bill you; to detect abuse.

Sharing

We share with sub-processors only as necessary: payment processor (billing), SERP data providers, large-language-model providers, email delivery provider.

Your rights

Access, correction, deletion, portability and the right to lodge a complaint with your data-protection authority. Email privacy@skya.one to exercise any right.

Retention

Account data: while your account is active plus 12 months. Project data: 24 months for paid tiers, 90 days for trial. Logs and billing records: 7 years for tax compliance.
