1. What this policy covers

This Cookie Policy explains how SKYA.one, operated by Skyram Technologies Pvt. Ltd., uses cookies and similar technologies such as local storage when you visit our website or use the platform. It sits alongside our Privacy Policy and our Data Processing Agreement.

2. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files a site stores on your device. Some are required for the site to work at all, for example keeping you signed in. Others are optional and only set once you allow them. We treat browser local storage the same way as cookies.

3. Categories we use

• Necessary. Sign-in sessions, security tokens, load balancing, remembering your consent choice, and remembering which workspace and layout you were using. These are always on because the service cannot run without them, and none of them is shared outside SKYA. Lawful basis: our legitimate interest in providing a secure service.
• Analytics. Aggregate product usage, such as which pages and features are used and where people get stuck, including session replay of anonymous visits, so we can improve them. Set only with your consent.
• Targeted advertising. Measuring which campaign brought you here and showing more relevant messages off-site. Refusing it stops both the browser tag and the server-side copy of it. Set only with your consent.

4. Consent, and how to change it

When you first visit, we ask for your choice before setting any optional cookie. You can accept all, or open preferences and enable each category separately. Your choice is stored on your device and applies until you change it or clear your browser storage.

5. Third parties that may set cookies

Named, because a category is not a disclosure. Where you allow analytics, we load PostHog (product analytics and a masked session replay), Microsoft Clarity (usage heatmaps and session replay) and Google Analytics. Where you allow targeted advertising, we load the Meta pixel and send matching conversion events to Meta. Our payment provider sets cookies during checkout, which is strictly necessary to take a payment. Each is bound by a data processing agreement with us, and the full list of sub-processors is in our Privacy Policy (§5).

None of these is loaded before you choose. If you refuse optional cookies, or simply have not answered yet, the vendor script is never fetched and nothing is sent to it.

6. How long cookies last

Session cookies are deleted when you close your browser. Persistent cookies, such as your consent record and sign-in session, last up to twelve months unless you clear them sooner. You can delete cookies at any time from your browser settings.

7. Your rights

Refusing optional cookies does not restrict access to the service. You keep every right described in our Privacy Policy, including access, correction, export and erasure. To exercise a right, write to us using the contact details below.

8. Changes to this policy

If we add a new cookie category or a new provider, we update this page and ask for your consent again where the law requires it. The date at the top shows the latest revision.
