Data Processing Agreement

This agreement sets out the terms under which Skyram Technologies Pvt. Ltd. processes personal data on behalf of customers of SKYA.one. Every account owner accepts it before using the platform, and the accepted version is recorded against the account.

Roles

You are the controller of the personal data you put into the platform. We are the processor, and we act only on your documented instructions.

Sub-processors

Cloud hosting, AI model providers, payment processing, email delivery, ranking data providers, and the analytics and advertising vendors that run only where a visitor has allowed the matching cookie category. Each is bound by obligations no less protective than this agreement.

Security

Encryption in transit and at rest, row-level access control per workspace, least-privilege service credentials, and audit logging of administrative actions.

Breach notification

We notify you without undue delay after becoming aware of a personal data breach affecting your data, with the facts, the likely consequences and the measures taken.

Your rights and ours

We assist you in answering data subject requests, we delete or return personal data at the end of the contract, and we make available the information needed to demonstrate compliance.
