Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of SKYA.one (the Service), operated by Skyram Technologies Pvt. Ltd. By creating an account, subscribing, or purchasing credits, you accept these Terms.

The Service

SKYA.one is an AI Visibility Intelligence platform that monitors how brands appear inside large-language-model platforms (ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude, Google AI Overview), search engines and related sources.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old or have the legal capacity to enter contracts in your jurisdiction.

Subscriptions and billing

Plans renew automatically until cancelled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. All charges are billed in USD via Paddle (our merchant of record). Paddle handles global tax, invoicing and receipts according to local requirements.

Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to scrape competitors at abusive rates, attempt to extract proprietary models, or violate any third-party platform or AI service terms.

Limitation of liability

The Service is provided on an as-is basis. Skyram Technologies' aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
