Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of SKYA.one (the "Service"), operated by Skyram Technologies Pvt. Ltd. ("we", "us", "Skyram"). By creating an account, subscribing, or purchasing credits, you accept these Terms.

2. The Service

SKYA.one is an AI Visibility Intelligence platform that monitors how brands appear inside large-language-model platforms (ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude, Google AI Overview & other popular LLM models), search engines, and related sources. The Service is delivered as a web application and a set of automated agents that produce reports and dashboards.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old or have the legal capacity to enter contracts in your jurisdiction.

4. Subscriptions, Credits & Billing

Monthly and annual plans renew automatically until you cancel. Credit packs you buy never expire. Monthly plan credits roll over for 90 days, then expire. Taxes are calculated at checkout by Paddle, our Merchant of Record, and may be included in the price depending on your location.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com Market Ltd ("Paddle"). Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. By completing a purchase you also agree to Paddle's Buyer Terms, which govern payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics.

Paddle accepts major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and other regionally available methods. Legacy Indian customers may have an active subscription processed by Razorpay under the prior billing arrangement. See our Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to violate any law or third-party rights;
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to bypass platform limits or rate-limits;
• Resell raw access to the Service without a written reseller agreement;
• Use the Service to track competitors of Skyram or build a directly competing product;
• Submit malicious code, spam, or content that infringes others' intellectual property.

6. Data & Privacy

You retain ownership of all content you submit (domains tracked, prompts, brand context). We process this data solely to deliver the Service. We do not sell personal data. Aggregated, anonymised usage statistics may be used to improve the product. See our Privacy Policy.

7. Third-Party Data

The Service relies on third-party LLM and SERP providers. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or continued availability of data returned by these providers. Reports represent our best-effort analysis at the time of generation.

Third-party trademarks, product names, and logos displayed within the Service (including but not limited to ChatGPT, Google, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude, and other AI platforms) are the property of their respective owners. Skya uses these publicly available brand assets solely for nominative, identification, and comparative purposes to help users recognize the platforms being analyzed. Their use does not imply any affiliation, endorsement, sponsorship, or partnership with those companies. Logos are fetched from publicly available sources and are not modified. If you are a rights holder and would like a specific asset removed or replaced, contact us at support@skya.one and we will act promptly.

8. Service Availability

We target 99.5% monthly uptime, excluding scheduled maintenance and force-majeure events. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Skyram's total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid Skyram in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or non-payment. Upon termination, your data is retained for 30 days then permanently deleted, unless required by law to retain longer.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Kolkata, West Bengal.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
