Refund Policy

Skyram Technologies Pvt. Ltd. operates SKYA.one with two product paths: recurring subscriptions and one-time Agent Report Credits. This policy covers refunds for both.

Free trial

All new accounts may opt in to a 7-day Starter trial. No payment is collected during the trial; if you do not subscribe, your dashboard becomes read-only after 7 days and no charges are applied.

Monthly subscriptions

Non-refundable. You may cancel any time and retain access until the end of the current billing cycle.

Annual subscriptions

Eligible for a pro-rated refund within 7 days of renewal. After 7 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable.

Agent Report Credits

Non-refundable once consumed. Unused credits expire 12 months after purchase.

How to request a refund

Email support@skya.one from your registered address within the refund window. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days.
