Cancellation Policy

All paid SKYA.one subscriptions can be cancelled at any time directly from your account settings. There are no cancellation fees and no questions asked.

How to cancel

Sign in, open Settings → Billing, click Cancel subscription and confirm. You receive an email confirmation within minutes.

What happens after cancellation

You retain full access until the end of the current billing cycle. After that, the dashboard becomes read-only; your data is preserved for 90 days in case you reactivate.

Reactivation

Reactivate any time from Settings → Billing. Your projects, prompts and history return as they were.

Cannot access your account?

Email support@skya.one from the registered address and we will cancel on your behalf within 1 business day.
