Who handles my payment details?

Paddle, our merchant of record. SKYA never sees or stores your card number.

Payments are taken by Paddle, acting as merchant of record. Paddle is a PCI DSS Level 1 provider and handles the card details, the tax calculation and the invoice.

SKYA stores your plan, your invoices, your billing address, the last four digits of your card and the payment status. We never see or store the card number itself.

Tax-compliant invoices, including GST for Indian customers, are issued for every charge and emailed automatically.
