Who handles my payment details?
Our payment partner, the merchant of record for your order. SKYA never sees or stores your card number.
Payments are taken by our payment partner, the online reseller and merchant of record named in your checkout and on your receipt. It sells the plan to you, handles the card details under PCI DSS, works out the tax and issues the invoice. It also answers questions about an order and handles refunds; you can write to support@skya.one first and we will arrange it.
SKYA stores your plan, your order and invoice references, your billing country and the payment status. We never see or store the card number itself.
Prices exclude tax. Our Merchant of Record adds any sales tax, VAT or GST due for your location at checkout. A tax-compliant invoice is issued for every charge and emailed automatically.
Your card, your invoices and cancelling are in Billing, under Manage billing, which opens your billing account with the merchant of record.
