What happens after I sign up?

We read your site, confirm your brand and market with you, then start asking AI assistants about you.

Setup takes about three minutes, and most of it is confirming things we have already worked out from your domain.

The steps

• **Which brand are we tracking.** We prefill this from your website.
• **Where you sell.** We detect your market from your domain, your backlinks and where your site is hosted, and show you why. Correct it if we guessed wrong: rankings, prompts and competitors are all market-specific, so this is the single most important answer in setup.
• **Have we got your brand right.** Every spelling people use for you is one more way we can spot a mention inside an AI answer.
• **Who you are up against.** We suggest rivals from your search results. Confirm the real ones.
• **What you sell, and the questions your buyers ask.** We draft these; you edit them.

Then what

We start asking the AI assistants your tracked prompts and recording what they say. Your first readings appear within a few hours, and the picture gets more reliable across the first few days as more readings accumulate.

Until there is enough data to be honest about, we hold numbers back rather than showing you a figure built on three readings. A blank that explains itself is better than a number you cannot trust.
