How are add-on products billed?

Each pack is its own monthly or annual subscription beside your plan; cancel it from the billing page without touching the plan.

A pack is a separate subscription. It appears on the billing page under Add-on products, renews on its own date, and cancels on its own. Allowances (locations, projects, request emails, reply drafts) reset monthly and do not stack across packs; the highest pack you hold sets the allowance.

Add-on products are available to brands and agencies alike, on every plan, including a trial that has converted to a paid plan.
