What does Google Reviews do?

Get more reviews with request links and QR codes, take private feedback from unhappy customers, and read what AI platforms say about your reputation. Free on every plan.

Collect

Add a location with its Google review link. You get a request link and a QR code. A customer who lands there taps a star: four and five stars go on to Google's review form, one to three stars open a private note to you instead. Send requests by email from the page (recipients are stored hashed). Every plan includes ${REVIEWS_FREE_LOCATIONS} location${REVIEWS_FREE_LOCATIONS === 1 ? '' : 's'} and ${REVIEWS_FREE_MONTHLY_ACTIONS} request emails a month at no charge.

What AI platforms say about your reviews, taken from the reputation readings the product already ran, plus how many requests were sent and how many went on to Google.

Respond

Replying from inside SKYA is not open yet. Private feedback from unhappy customers already comes straight to you, so you can answer those directly.

Google approval

Pulling your live listing into SKYA and replying to reviews from inside SKYA need Google's approval of the app, and neither is open yet. Everything else in this article works today, and none of it is charged for.
