How many people can use my account, and what can they do?

Starter includes 1 seat, Brand Pro 2, Agency 3, Agency Pro 5; seat packs add more. Owners and admins change settings and billing, editors work in projects, viewers read.

Seats are per account and enforced when you invite: an invitation beyond the seat count asks for a seat pack first. Owners and admins can change settings, connections and billing; editors can run agents, write drafts and publish; viewers can read everything and download reports.

Seat packs are sold on the billing page and are capped per plan (3 extra on Starter, up to 10 on Agency Pro).
