How many people can use my account, and what can they do?
As many as you like: team seats are unlimited on every plan, the trial included. Owners and admins change settings and billing, editors work in projects, viewers read.
Team seats are unlimited on every plan, the trial included: invite as many teammates as you need from Settings, Team, and no invitation is ever refused for seats or charged for. Settings, Team shows how many seats are in use, counting members and pending invites across every workspace you own. Owners and admins can change settings, connections and billing; editors can run agents, write drafts and publish; viewers can read everything and download reports.
Client portal logins are separate from team seats: a client gets a read-only login to the projects and sections you choose, and those logins have their own allowance per plan.
