How do I switch between projects without going back to the dashboard?

Use the switcher beside the project name in the top bar; it lands on the same tab of the other project.

Every project page shows the project name in the top bar with a small switcher beside it. Pick another project and you land on the same tab you were on. The product pages (GPT Ads, Google Reviews, Reddit Visibility) carry the same switcher, so an agency moves between clients without leaving the tool.
