Google Cloud CDN + SKYA: Export your load balancer logs from Cloud Logging and upload them, and SKYA counts every AI crawler in them, cache hits and history included. There is no direct push, so this route is an upload.

SKYA

Overview

Counts how often each AI assistant fetches a page from your site, which URLs they take, and which ones they ask for that no longer exist. Being cited proves an assistant read you. Silence does not say whether it never came or came and chose someone else, and this is what separates the two.

How it works

  1. 1In Cloud Logging, open Logs Explorer and query your load balancer logs, resource type http_load_balancer, for the days you want.
  2. 2Download the results as JSON, or route a log sink to a Cloud Storage bucket and download its files.
  3. 3On your project's AI Crawler page in SKYA, open More ways to send visits, then Upload a log file. Uploading a file twice never counts a visit twice.

Where to find what Google Cloud CDN asks you for

Nothing to collect
You download the logs from your own Google Cloud project and upload them on the AI Crawler page. No Google Cloud key or project access is shared with SKYA.

Key benefits

  • Counts requests served straight from cache, which your own servers never see.
  • History comes with the file, as far back as your logs are kept, up to 90 days.
  • Your export is read in your browser and only its AI crawler entries reach SKYA.
