Prompts where you are named counts prompts. AI visibility counts answers. One prompt is asked on several platforms, which is why they differ.
They answer different questions, and the tile on your Overview tells you which one it is showing.
AI visibility is the share of AI answers captured in the window that named you. The denominator is answers: one prompt asked on two platforms is two answers.
Prompts where you are named is the share of your tracked prompts, among those with at least one stored answer, whose answers named you at least once. It moves as you add or change prompts.
A brand named by one platform in six on every prompt is named on every prompt and has low AI visibility. That gap is the platforms still to win.
