Why was my credit refunded?

A run that could not measure anything is marked failed and the credit goes back. No score is printed from nothing.

If an audit runs but the AI platforms return no usable answers (an outage, a blocked probe, an empty result set), the run is marked failed with the reason, and the credit returns to your balance the same minute.

This is deliberate. The alternative is a report scored on nothing, which reads as a perfect score and is worse than no report. Run it again once the platforms respond.
