A dimension with too few independent sources says so instead of printing a number.

Each reputation dimension (customer sentiment, product trust, employer trust, media posture, crisis, AI perception) needs a minimum number of independent sources, meaning pages you do not own, before it gets a score. Below that floor the card reads "Not scored" and says how many sources were found and how many are needed.

A brand that only has its own pages talking about it is not "5 out of 5"; it is unmeasured. The floor is what keeps the number honest.
